Your trial starts when you first open it.

On Windows, two more clicks.

The installer is not signed yet, so the first time it opens, Windows SmartScreen may stop it.

  1. If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info.

  2. Then choose Run anyway, and the installer goes on.

Will it run on my computer?

ThinkE picks the size your computer can run: Medium on entry-level computers, Large on better-equipped ones. Both do the same things; Large gets more right. You can change it in Settings ▸ AI.

Which graphics cards?

8 GB or more

ThinkE with the Medium AI

  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, 4060, 5060
  • AMD Radeon RX 6600, 7600
  • Intel Arc A750, B580
  • Laptops: GeForce RTX 4060, 4070, 5060, 5070

16 GB or more

ThinkE with the Large AI

  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB, 5060 Ti 16 GB, 4070 Ti Super, 4080
  • AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT, 7800 XT, 9070
  • Intel Arc A770 16 GB
  • Laptops: GeForce RTX 4090, 5080, 5090

A laptop's card often has less memory than the desktop card of the same name: a laptop's GeForce RTX 4080 has 12 GB, so it runs the Medium AI, not the Large one.

A card with less than 8 GB of its own memory does not count: a laptop's GeForce RTX 4050, with 6 GB, for example.

What the AI does

  • Answers your questions in the assistant, about what is open and what is in your vault.
  • Explains, shortens or rewrites a passage you select, and writes questions to check yourself.
  • Summarizes a document when you ask.
  • Draws a diagram or a mind map from your text, and changes it when you ask.
  • Finds the names to hide before you share a copy.

Search by meaning works on every computer, with or without the AI.

How to check your computer's memory

  • Chip: Apple M1 or later
  • Memory: how much your Mac has
